Coaching

It is perhaps worth making clear what I mean by coaching. Coaching is most often viewed as a relationship in which a coach supports the client in identifying, focusing on and achieving what is important to them. It often begins with agreeing specific goals and objectives.

I coach from an understanding that everyone has their own reservoir of natural resilience and wisdom and that what gets in the way of us knowing this is believing that our contaminated personal thinking is true. When we are in touch with our true nature we see that we already have the resources necessary to navigate life with joy, ease and productively. We don’t need goals and objectives, or indeed any other external sources to guide us towards living a beautiful life.

What can you expect from coaching?

  1. Through conversation I will share a simple understanding of how the mind works from the inside out and point towards your own insightful understanding
  2. I will listen without judgement, expectation or agenda as you explore this for yourself

How does it works?

Get in touch with me and we can discuss how you would like to proceed in terms of length and number of sessions. I coach face to face and over the web using Zoom.
