In collaboration with Liz Scott and Stu Newberry of Inner Compass, we run a range of ‘in the room’ and online programmes to suit most people wanting to explore our true nature as human beings; otherwise referred to as Inside Out or the 3 Principles.
Inner Compass Guide is a Community Interest Company set up by Liz Scott and Stu Newberry. Our purpose is inspiring mental health across communities, schools and teams. Since March 2020, we have been developing and delivering on-line programmes to these groups. In these challenging times, we have helped over 200 people see how to tap into their natural inner resource of wellbeing and how listening for wellbeing is the key that unlocks it all.
There are four levels of online programme available; introductory, foundation, community, and facilitator. We adapt our delivery to suit the audience context and needs. As a CIC our primary focus is on supporting communities to thrive and to this end, we are developing a community blueprint of wellbeing, which includes businesses, schools, colleges, the voluntary sector, etc. collaborating together.
From Autumn 2021 we are starting a new programme of ‘in the room’ one day courses, held in Weymouth, Dorset, that build into a 3 day programme, Designed to Thrive (Dorset)
For those people who have previously attended one of the retreats I also hold regular half day sessions called Staying in the Conversation, as a result of the 2020/21 pandemic these are currently taking place on Zoom on a monthly basis on 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm.
Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a conversation over Zoom; I would be very happy to have a conversation about creating options to suit your circumstances.
